Thank you so much for sharing this one, definetely the best video i've seen on this subject so far.
Unfortunately I feel that this topic is mostly disregarded in my "community", probably (hopefully) due to lack of information.

So if anyone else has good videos to share, please do, and I promise I will
spread them around
