Sounds like bloodshift to me. I didn't used to get many contractions either but these days I get them after 40 secs or so! Just make sure you are not hyperventilating, that can stop/delay contractions but obviously not good/safe to do.

I do breath up only 2 sec inhale7sec exhale no hyper .25M freestyle no breath-breathup40sec-ten set by end of that (8/9 set)numbness start in my leg-shoulder

You can still hyperventilate with deep inhales, even if you are taking long exhales. But shoulder numbness doesn't sound like blood shift, maybe get it checked out just in case - I haven't heard anyone reporting shoulder numbness.

Are you diving on very full lungs or packing? Also, what do you mean by freestyle, are you swimming on the surface?

could you explain the deep breath how it happen ?cause I take fast breath by my mouth full my lung in few seconds then exhale slowly I just do that so I can recover fast ,I do swim freestyle before the dive dynamic training similar to that but using fins and rest reduced to 30 secs .I just full my lung no packing ,I'm scared cause I expect contraction so I will be careful but BO can happen even there is no contraction in my case .

I don't really know - I am no doctor and it's quite tricky for anyone to diagnose over the internet. If it doesn't feel right (numbness especially in the shoulder doesn't to me) do check it out. I asked because i was just curious to see if you were packing and whether this could be a result of that...

Also make sure you have a buddy with you when you train, it can save your life and you'll dive with more relaxation and confidence
