Hey all!

Im a spearo thats getting very excited about the coming season, and due to the fact that i will be out of the water for a month or so, i would like to do some static training for when im back in the water!

My question is... with the tables, how do you guys concentrate or relax, knowing that you have to keep glancing at a clock or watch or whatever every couple of mins?

I have heard of a few people using a programme that uses a voice to tell you when to breath and hold etc, and was wonderign if anyone could give me a point in the right direction, or perhaps drop me an email with a programme attatched, if the programme is just a download.

I found one online, however when i attempted to extract it through winzip it told me that a file was missignor corrupted

Any help?

Cheers,
Huw.

I used to use tables but i find them boring, Try some apnea walking not as boring. I walk for 30 seconds then hold for 15 and increase breath hold by 5 seconds each time with 30 seconds recovery. I can get to 1.25 when apnea walking.
