Hi,

I've read that combining O2 and CO2 tables should not be done. However, it is not exactly clear to me why.

I'm working on training sessions for the pool that I can practice during public hours. So this is my training session(with my dnf being maximum 60meters), which I'll adapt according to the feedback.

A. 6x DNF : Each with one minute rest: 25 meters - 25 meters – 37,5 meters – 37,5 meters
Then, a rest of 2minutes: 50meters
Then, another 2 minutes of rest => max attempt (or 50m again)
-->O2 table

B. 25 meters only legs, 1 minute rest, repeat once more
--> Leg technique

C. 25 meters only arms, 1 minute rest, repeat once more
--> Stroke technique

D. seconds of rest: 60s – 50s – 40s – 30s – 30s – 30s - 30s - 30s:
each time 25 meters
--> Co2 table
