Hi all... i want to start with the table training but want to clear somthing out..
My PB was 2:47, but never broke it again, but can go for 2:00 on a good day. so how do i setup my tables.. ie. ventilate/static? Im a lil thick when it comes to numbers and tables and math hehe.. can someone please clarify or better yet suggest a table for me to follow?
