Hi, I'm doing some research on this, and wondered if anyone could help.
Are there things apart from breath holding that could cause o2 sats to drop?
Like, what % would exercise decrease it by?
Are there meds that affect it?
Is there a particular style of breathing that would cause it to drop quickly?
Any help would be much appreciated :)

It's still breath holding, but empty lung statics will drop your O2 quicker.

Pulmonary oedema and probably quite a few other medical conditions. It stays pretty high during exercise, unless of course you're holding your breath.
