Hey, kinda newbie here looking to see if someone could show me a few tips and tricks to getting a little better and explain a few things to me, kinda take me under their wing a little. Avid learner and will have to wait til January to take a freediving course with yogafree.ca PFI and don't really want to wait that long to see a little better results. Just shoot me a PM, thanks.
