I saw 2 people pull some nice fish out of the Inlet around the pilons 2 weeks ago when I was there. Looked like they were using pneumatics.
Just watch for the killer mosquitoes! Never in my life have I ever been biten on the PALM of my hands by a mosquito. Never have I ever been bitten in 30-50MPH winds either... Well, the OBX took care of that! They were bouncing off us like it was raining. As soon as We steped out of the truck our bodies and clothes were full of them.
Talk about a distraction before a dive? Wow, my palm was itching me the whole dive.
