Well we know about the "off the shelf" vacuum barrel pneumatic guns discussed on this forum, so is there anything in particular you mean by "dry barrel"?
The Salvimar "Predathor Vuoto" seems to be the easiest gun to obtain if there is a local distributor and it has been around long enough now to iron out all the bugs, being a further development of the "Vintair" speargun in order to provide a side line release.
