Two many hours in the office, various obligations arises day by day which can be done only after office hours, too little time remain to train and do what I like to do....

2 or 3 times a week swimming pool trainning is one of the best trainning week, in most of the cases 1 or 2 times only and thats it... No time for co2/o2 tables, walking apneas, or any other dry exercices...

So? I'm now sitting on my desk, as it is one of these moments that you have no much work to do with a perfect sunny day outside loosing precious time in here...

Thinking why not to take advantage of this free time and do some training.....

Yes but what? What can I do without the people around watching me and wondering that I am crazy and lost my mind... What can I do which would be beneficial in breath holding.

Tubular excercices is one of the most silent excercices and nobody catches what I'm doing.

Some full exhale breath holding too but not to maximum as the urge of breath is a sign for the other to start laughing...!

Distance to WC room is about 25m, so? Do some walking apnea breath hold or full exhale walking apnea?

Any views? Thoughts? What can I do on a daily basis in the office work to have some positive add in breath holding or dynamic apneas?

What would u do?

Nice Ideas LOLz i do some holds while walking but i do not push to the maximum just from time to time to keep my lungs in hold...

All best

hmm office work and apnea...

After the examples not an easy thing.

Doing apnea staircases, and or elevators is that mentioned?
During the break you can do some apnea walks outside, before you eat.
Doing pranayama exercises using a straw.
Doing BTW equalisation exercises.
Diaphragm exercises.
Packing / reverse packing.
Mental control stuff, HR, autogen relaxation, cooling/heating body parts.
Maybe you can shift your working day a forward/backward so you can have a dip before or after work.

Back to back minute holds might be less noticeable by others. Otherwise empty lung apnea walk to the WC...

...or you could just work at work lol

I apnea walk as much as I can as in my job I'm on my feet all day for 12 hours looking after people also walking to work I do the same it's 97 paces from lamppost to lamppost so hold to one recovery to the other tables as soon as I get in before tea
