Hi I'm new to the Island and was wondering if anyone be up to take me and a buddy around and showing use some good starting point s for spearfishing I have spear fished before and have a good idea what I'm doing just don't know we're to start on the island I am currently on futenma any advice welcome also what kind of fish should I target while I'm out

Welcome Lowedog, always good to see Japan posts. I have moved this thread the Japan regional area of the forum but left a permanent link in the greets area too - as that was the correct place for you to post.

Only to read the Japan-related threads (I'm not in Japan).

I am on foster. The Dive shops have a Diving Magazine that covers most of the spots, that where I would start. Just asking the workers at the dive shop will work as well.
