Hi,

Thought it would be right to intro myself. Live in Delray/Boca area. I'm an avid scuba diver, at least twice a week (over summer).

Somehow just got hooked on the free-diving thing. I am very interested in learning. Friends that are lifeguards can go about 60 +, though one fella I know can get to 140, saw it myself as he showed up with us, while we were on tanks. Their average is about 3-4 minutes some as much as 6 minutes.

Anyhow, I want to take a class regarding the physiology side of it. I know of a few and when the bank has enough for it I will.

For now, looking for out of water exercises to increase lung capacity/time. I can only go for about 30 seconds, which is silly. I can run well and do often, along with swimming. I suppose there are a few secrets I need to know.
