Hi all
I just bought a Omer Cayman 130.Its a wonderful gun very accurate and I recommend it to anyone.The only problem is that it has a standard 18 mm rubber band and I want to change it with 2x16 rubbers plus a stronger 7 mm shaft. What do you think with the 7 mm shaft I need to change also the standard measures of the 2x16 mm dubbers? And in order to give more power to the shot I need to slighly reduce the misurement of the rubbers?

Going to 2 X 16 bands of the same length as the old band and a 7 mm shaft will give you all the power the gun can handle. The problem with overpowering the gun is that the muzzle will rise, pushing the tail of the shaft up. This will cause the shaft to point downward, and also causing vibrations of the shaft. The vibrations will make the shaft lose more energy than you add with the extra power.

Thanks a lot hteas... So if I put 2x16 same size bands the gun is not going to be overpowered right ? In the case the muzzle bends it will loose also accuracy . But I hope with that its enough to pierce also a big tuna
