Omer airbalete 100: Tech question

I have a Omer Airbalete 100 and it does not have the power it once had. I had it serviced by a Omer rep in florida but even then it just doesnt have any thrust. Its powered up to 270-300 psi but does not shoot with enough force to do much of anything, so it sits collecting dust while I use banded guns (Riffe's). Any ideas would be welcomed. Gun is about 4 years old and used to smoke em. Not anymore...

Question. is it easy to load?

Perhaps it is not pumped up enough, or the grease/oil is wrong or not enough.
