got recently an omer cayman carbon 100.. just a question to other users of this gun.. when open muzzle is used the shaft bends due to monoline pressing the shaft. so the shaft does not sit well on the guide... should I worry about this for accuracy? how can it be fixed other than letting the line loose a little bit? (I'd like to keep using open muzzle version).
thx

i have the HF which is essentially the same gun with the same open muzzle and reel, i havent found any issues with accuracy at all mind you i havent noticed any obvious bending of the shaft due to shooting line tension. because we both have reels its simply a matter of engaging the spear, running the shooting line over the muzzle and back then tensioning with the reel. thats all i've done for the last year and havent had a problem.
