Can I use Dyneema to make soft wishbones for my omer speargun,if yes where can I purchase it?

NO
The shaft will cut your soft wish bones, you will have to either buy a shaft designed for it, or sand really good the shaft so it wont cut the wish bone.
And you can make the wishbone yourself, just make a big knot or tie a small spacer inside .
