Omer Excalibur 3000

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 90 days.

I just purchased an Omer Excalibur 3000 and discvovered that it is an open muzzle gun. I'm used to JBL closed muzzles.

What keeps the shaft in the track (guide). Should there be a cord or something? Maybe it's just me, but it would seem to be very tedious loading this gun (though I haven't tried it yet). Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks
