They sold it all to french Aqualung. But hey, who cares. After all it's been a global (mostly chinese) manufacture for years now. Sic transit... :-(
 
Isn't Aqualung a kinder and gentler company? One which would never support us murderers of defenseless fish?
 
It's a competitive market out there and lots of so called "branding" of name brands on lots of products . You just never know who actually made the parts or device for sale.

If the Price is too good to be true, they just might be getting parts of it, or the whole item made in areas where labor costs and regulations are low. Humm, wonder where that could be?
 
This type of business practices and unknown checks on Quality and what you are actually getting drove me to make my own spear parts.

Got tired of buying junk at high cost. (Not referring to any company listed here, but in general )

I did get a little out of control with tool purchases. ( A lot if you ask the wife)

But now I can make whatever I want and quality in in my court. -John
