Hi guys I just have a question about the strap that comes with this knife.

Tightening it onto my upper arm is not too hard but loosening it seems impossible with one hand.

Can someone explain the steps to tighten & loosen it please? Do I need someone to help me get this on/off? Picture below.

EDIT: I think I figured it out. You set the strap to be long so you can pull it up your arm then you pull the other end (The rubber stub) to tighten. You tie this in behind the strap which has a gap in the middle at this end. To loosen you just untie this stub from the strap and it will pull loose.
