Hallo everyone,i want to buy omer stingray fins , could you give me some advice about size of footpocket. My size is 42/43 when i buy a shoes. I use 2 mm sock in summer and 4 mm in winter. I´m a little bit affraid to buy size 41-42 because my former fins were garas 2000 in size 42-43 and they were tight in my 2 mm sock.My foot has distance between heel and toe (longest distance) 26 cm. Thank you , and I applogize for my English. Bye Martin

Just go to the store and try different sizes with different socks (2mm + 4mm), see what fits better. Stingrays are pretty good fins, but they might be too soft. I had a problem with 3 (!) blades which were snapped in half. SO! since you are living in CZ, u might want to get something better than plastic. Here in CYprus Stingrays cost 80Euro. Today I received my new Leaderfins and they seem to be very good. I just used them an hour ago, took them to 10-15m, but I m sure they will go deeper these days =] They are very responsive, maybe a little to heavy out of the water, but u cannot feel it in the water. What do u need the fins for? Freediving or spearfishing? How deep do u dive? You might want to get something more 'serious' than Stingrays. But think for yourself. Stingrays are also pretty good.
Ciao.

I have a little problem to try fins in a shop because thereś no shop in my surroundings. Next thing iĺl order it by decathlon and they send me it from france (the price is about 30 euro less than in other shops in Czech republic). My dives are around 30 m , i´m thinking about fiber blades in the future.

Gotcha.
Well, my regular shoe size is 44-45, but my fins size is 45-46. I always use 3mm socks with it.
hope it helps =]
