someone here familiar with both omer and the old sporasub instinct cell now called mares.

i've only experience with that sporasub suit and i'm about to purchase a omer suit and want to know if i should buy the same or smaller or bigger size.

i have a nr 5 i sporasub and that's a little to big,, should i consider a nr 4 in omer?

also ...does the thickness of the suit affect the size ,im planning to buy the new titanium 3mm, are that thinner suit more forgiving to sizes

thanks for answers

see the picture so there isnt any missundersta´ndings about sporasub modell
