Aloha DB'ers
Things didn't start off right. After a good dive on Sunday, Monday was a double day. Two hours aerobic in the morning and a pool workout at 5 PM. When Tomo wanted to dive on Tuesday, I didn't want to say no but...... and I had to meet a plane at 1:30.
It got better in a hurry. The beach was deserted, a class showed up in a boat and the water was almost flat. While my buddy was warming up, I made my first visit to 50 meters by pulling on the rope and after he made his personal best look easy, I managed a 3' static at 15 meters, for my longest dive yet. No one was in a hurry so, after a little goofing off, I tried a full negative and made 9+ meters. The way I do negatives, that should be very close to 70 meter equivalent. For the first time, a 61 meter variable ballast looks do-able. See the other post for a great static, later in the week.
How was your day?
best wishes

P.S. Diving beats the heck out of working for a living.
