Okay, I've checked the wetsuit portions of the forum, and as of yet haven't been able to find an answer to something I'm curious about:

Which suit is preferable for freediving -- a one-piece, full-body suit, or a two-piece, farmer john-with-a-top style? I understand a two-piece gives one an added layer of thickness for warming the core part of the body, but at the same time I still see a buncha one-piece styles out there. Is a person better off with a one-piece if s/he mixes freediving with regular scuba diving? Or is it simply a matter of personal preference?

If this question has already been asked-and-answered, kindly point me to the thread that had it.

Thanks!

Juan-John
