I guess not when they put a bounty on a "man" killer!. I hope everyone is no longr afraid to go into the ocean--now that there are no longer any dangerous sharks there. (hope your sarcasm meter is spiking)
That mentality is mind boggling. Pics look like a GWS to me. I noticed that the fin mongers started circling like, well, sharks with blood in the water. Really they're more like buzzards.
Awesome news!
My thoughts exactly! One less nasty creature that'd like to eat me - carry on till they're all gone I say! :martial

Now don't you think if we DID need to get rid of them at least ONE person on Deeper Blue would have ticked "yes" to a certain section there? Especially among all the oceanic swimmers we have here. And I'm sure most swim outsiode of, or without shark netting.
Or perhaps we can kill dogs, because I have grown up by the rivers and oceans of the Gold Coast here, and never even MET somebody who has been bitten by a shark, let alone been friends with them. But I have lost count of the number of close friends who have been attacked by dogs.
