Hi i'm now interested in Omer Camo wetsuits, especially the Ocean Mimetic but can't find any decent online stores selling this suit. I preferrably want to order from a European site that has cheaper prices and one that has the Ocean Mimetic gloves and socks would be a plus too.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good online store?

scubastore.com
subprof.com
diveshop.gr
are all very good stores

With subprof.com I tried getting the suit but for some reason because of my area (Australia) it would not let me do the checkout with it. Maybe I can organise with them specially to send it?

Are you in Australia or Madagascar? sometimes there are distribution arrangements with brands like omer, that would limit the seller to a particular area..
If you are in Australia why not try adrenaline spearfishing supplies

I had a look on Adrenalin; way too expensive like all the other Aussie stores.

I wonder if the deeper blue shop will ever have the ocean mimetic?

Hi, I ordered from the website you suggested Dias now I am praying the size is right as on this website it says size 4 is large when on other websites size 4 is medium. I just hope these are both the same size. Another thing of concern is the address format in Italy seems slightly different to Australia's so I sent the store an e-mail with details on how my address is set out and also confirming the size I selected, I hope nothing was lost in translation though as I speak very poor Italian at best!

Thankyou very much Dias,
Regards from Thomas.

Hello Thomas,

Size 4 its a standart "L" or Large size for European market. In other markets such as the American it will be a Medium, their sizes are normally bigger them in Europe. (You have the opposite in the Asian and sometimes in the Brasilian markets. Usually their sizes are smaller).
As for the adress details i´m sure you wont have a problem since you sent them the email explaining the situation. Nevertheless if something happens with your order dont hesitate in contacting them by phone to clear the situation.
A lot of customers trougthout Europe buy in "Tutti Pesca Mare" and so far i have never heard a complain.

Hope to be of help, best regards,

Dias

Was going to suggest you might try: apnea.co.uk. They are based in Jersey, so they should be used to not adding VAT by default. (Although the Channel Islanders seem to buy most of their gear from France & Italy).

Hi All,

Just wondering if the tuto pesca mare site has an english version? I don't speak italian and don't know anyone who could help me navigate the site. I also tried using a translator online but that was so painfull I stopped 5 minutes in.

Thanks

I recommend you just try and slog it out on the site Newbie, after a while you get a rough idea of what most of the words mean, a lot of Italian language is actually similar to english, I can navigate the whole site now with ease and I don't even know Italian at all!

Tip: Diving Sports= Subaquea, Wetsuit= Mute, Socks= Calzari, Gloves= Guanti, Speargun= Fucili

Scusi if some of the above aren't correct or precisely translated but they are done via my rough method but I think they are pretty much right.

Azapa,
Hi the only reason I wouldn't be ordering a wetsuit or fins from the deeperblue store is that it doesn't save me that much after postage. apnea.co.uk charge virtually the same postage for a wetsuit as they do for wetsuit and fins and mask, I think the extra is about 20euro or there abouts, where deeperblue would be costing me around 200 euro or there abouts. However, I did just purchase a mares star elite mask and hydrex J snorkel from scuba store and it cost me around $80AUS less to get it to my door than it would to buy it from a shop over here and the service was excellent!!! I'd recommend the deeperblue store to anyone looking to get their stuff fast and hassle free.

Note: I have no Affiliation or am recieving no financial gain from anyone in the dive industry, I am simply giving credit where it is deserved!
