Hey

Anyone know if any of the OTC meds for motion sickness & decongestants have any physiological effects on freediving? Any of those vastly multisyllabled scientific words secretly doubling up as high doses of caffeine or other non apneafriendly substances?

Anything that when under pressure is induced to chemically alter itself to something equivalent to cyanide?

Also, other natural remedies for sea sickness? I know ginger works well, any other suggestions?

Thanks, biggish question I know, responses appreciated

Josie
