Okay so I just feel led to acknowledge some of the most excellent service I have ever received in my life from some of our fellow Spearos. You all might think I'm some sort of salesman or something as this is my first post on this forum but I assure you, I am not. I am just a very new Spearo who likes to give credit where credit is due.
First-off, Joey over at H2O-Vinyl-Designs just hooked me up FAT with some stickers for my car. He has many different color/style options available in his online store, all of which are of the highest quality and extremely easy to apply. I ordered the white colored 'freediver with coral and hogfish' set. I placed the order late at night and had a 'revelation' in my dream that night about the color scheme. I texted him the following morning at 7:30 or 8:00 am, requesting an additional grouper sticker and different colors. I told him to charge my credit card for any additional cost for inconvenience and the extra sticker, itself. He immediately replied stating that it was good timing because he was already on his way to the post office! Dude doesn't mess around hah! Anyways, he informed that he adjusted my order as per my request (color change and extra fish sticker) at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! He even ate the cost to overnight the package to me!! He was totally personable and nothing but helpful the entire time and it was obvious that his only goal was to make me happy. The package arrived the next day and to my surprise, he gave me not only what I asked for, but an extra grouper sticker, an extra hogfish sticker, AND an extra logo sticker! FREE!!! All because I'm a vain pain in the A$$!! rofl
Next, Josh at Neptonic Systems Speargun and Freediving Equipment as many of you know is another stand up guy. I ordered a muzzle bungee for my speargun because I liked the orange/blue color scheme depicted on the website and the swivel looked like one bad MO FO. It came 2 days later and I was right, the snap swivel is seriously sweet but instead of the blue rubber/orange line color combo, I received a black rubber/ orange line bungee. I was reluctant to call for such a petty discrepancy but my vanity got the best of me yet again and I called Josh, offering to send back my bungee to exchange for one that pleases the florida gators fan in me, as well as my functionality side. He immediately removed all doubt for uncertainty and replied with a laughing, "I totally understand, man. I'll just send you a new one." The next day, I was greeted at my mailbox with a very familiarly sized box which was my brand new pretty orange and blue muzzle bungee. Another guy who ate the cost of overnight shipping AND the cost of the entire order for that matter, just to make me happy.
Both of these guys made me feel like I was their only customer ever, although I know for a fact that with such quality products and excellent customer service skills they exude, I am FAR down on their lists of overly satisfied customers. All they asked in return is that I spread the word. Give them your money. They will make you happy
