how will this affect my freediving and training?
is it dangerous? I am overweight, but in shape so to speak, i can run about a 8-9 min mile or so, and i have no blood pressure problems.
im curious as to how much different my brain will react to holding your breath for 3+ min, than a guy who is in top notch shape and can hold his breath for 3+ min.
will this just affect the training to where its slower paced and slower results, or can it really be something that would not be reccomended doing.
