Zante Diving Dive Center, a PADI 5 STAR Dive Center located within the National Marine Park of Zakynthos, Greece, is seeking a motivated, safety-conscious PADI Instructor (OWSI or MSDT) to join our professional team.
We provide daily boat dives, teach all levels of PADI courses, and uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and environmental awareness.
Position Requirements
Minimum 1 full season of experience in a busy dive center as an instructor.
At least 30 PADI certifications and 100 Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) experiences.
Commitment to PADI standards, safe diving practices, and high-quality instruction.
Professional, dependable, and self-disciplined capable of managing workload and responsibilities.
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
Fluent English (other languages are an asset french/italian/dutch).
European Union citizenship.
Car Driving license , Experience on Boat procedures both are considered a plus.
What We Offer
Monthly salary plus performance-based bonus (high season – 2 months).
Accommodation and meals provided (mid day snack & dinner).
One day off per week.
Professional, safety-first working environment with a strong, respectful team culture.
Contract Start 1st of May until end-September 5 months, with potential extension based on performance.(Also contract can start 1st July until end September 3 months)
