Commentary PADI Is Celebrating Its Inaugural Adaptive Diving Week

It's good to see PADI doing this. There are a number of dive agencies, including those specifically for adaptive diving, who have adaptive diving programs. But PADI's size and name recognition should draw more attention to the benefits of adaptive diving. Beyond just being a fun activity (which is good also), adaptive diving can give real benefits -- from helping those with PTSD, to relieving pain for weeks for other people, the more you learn, the more you realize that we should really be doing more to make adaptive diving available.
