Scuba Shack Dive Center in Cape Maclear, Malawi is looking for an enthusiastic, professional dive instructor for at least 1 year. He or she should be fluent in English, flexible, have an outgoing personality and a open-minded, entrepreneurial spirit. The dive instructor will assist in all aspects of the Dive Center and if needed the general businesses of the Ecolodge, out of which Scuba Shack is based. Experience is obviously needed, but applicants with a positive attitude definitely have the edge! Also a working knowledge of gear maintence and repair as well as compressor operation. You also would need to be in renewed, teaching status
We offer salary on commission, free room and board and a fun team to work with!
The Scuba Shack is a very experienced dive center but in a re-starting phase as we speak. Scuba Shack is a part of HEEED, an non-profit operation that supprts the local community. We are a professional dive center, and also an opportunity for local Malawians.
