Pain in the nose

Hi all,
My friend and i dove for about 6 hours in 50 degree (fahrenheit) water saturday. The next day my nose and back of my throat were killing me, and they still are. Has anyone ever experenced something similar to this? It feels as though i got punched square in the nose, and my throat is raw feeling and hurts to swallow.

As I am not a doctor, but my prediction is that you catched a cold, maybe because of the wind or you didn’t dry your self properly.

Once I couldn’t move my neck for about a week (If I would, it would HURT!) only because I slept with an open window during summer! And the doc said that it has to do with nerves connections and stuff.


Next time… just keep warm guy’s! This will never harm you…
