Paradisia rip off???

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Hello everybody,

I have ordered a bunch of Paradisia noseclips directly from Bernard Chabannes and he was very heplful in the beginning. After I made the bank transfer he didn't answer any of my mails any more, that was in January... Has anyone made a similar experience ordering Paradisias?
 
Bernard is a good guy but a very bad seller, it is very difficult to join him, he does not answer emails, ships late, and makes false promises about the shipping dates. He is definitely no crook. You can stay assured that you will get the nose-clips, but be ready it can take several months. It is also almost impossible to get any discounts from Bernard, even if you order big volumes. Besides others these were the reasons we now order noseclips for our club members at Apneaman, but as I wrote, have no worries - you will get the nosecplis and they are good.

After almost 9 months, dozens of emails (where Bernard has managed to answer exactly one...), phonecalls without answer, I guess I lost 330 Euros. I don't get it, does he not check his mail??? Or is he just after the money???
 
Next week, he will be at the AIDA WC in Nice, as one of the sponsors of the event (to be frank it was rather surprising to me too), so if you come or know anyone who goes there, it is the bes opportunity to catch him, and get the noseclips for your money. I would not bet on giving you the money back, but he will certainly have a sufficient stock of noseclips there.
