The last week I was at the Pelizzari´s course in Platja de Aro - Spain. It was a great course... Umberto is a great teacher and a very good person... During 5 days we learned about Static Apnea, Dynamic Apnea, Constant Weight, Variable Weight, Buddy Security, Relaxation, Yoga-Pranayama, Diet, Training programs... and a lot of other things... maybe next year, Apnea Academy has a representation in Spain and we can attend the Instructor Courses.
