any opinion on the Persistent fins? I just got Grade One fins, and they look nice aside from th efoot pocket, which seems is good for a wide foot, and mine is narrow. I will be trying them next month.. Cressi Gara, in comparison, had a nicer foot pocket that fits me better, but I do like the look of Persistent fins better. any other opinions/comments about this brand?

Who are they made by?
I'm afraid I've never heard of them.

Looks like you will be the first to try them out. Let us know how htey work, and last.
The only point of origin I found on the webpages was Korea for the spear shafts.

definitelly.. I was just told that they are made in Turkey. btw, the quality seems high and their custmer support/sales staff is pleasant to deal with.

so I will let you guys know how I like the fins, but then again, I am a beginner so I don't kno whow much of an imput I can give.. (I do have various SCUBA certs, but just getting into free diving).

Some hints to think about
Do they fit (and how wide are your feet)
how stiff are the bottom of the footpocket and side ribs
how stiff are the blades
how well do they work for you for surface swims

These are subjective, but as you use them you will get an idea on how well they work for you
