Just a quick question, is anybody else experiencing difficulty uploading pics, or is it just me? I found that the site wasnt responding like usual since yesterday

Well when I want to upload photos I browse them from my pc in the pop up window and then click upload, up to here it works fine then it comes to a PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED message
This is the error message I receive, its been like this since tuesday
