Picasso Mesh skin suit

Hey does anyone use Picasso's new Mesh skin suit? It's pretty much an unlined smoothskin but it has a slight dipple texture to it. I get the suit on fine with plenty of soap and water but when I go to take the suit off I run into problems. I have smooth skin 1.5mm suit and i just roll up the suit and poor water in the roll to slip the top off but it doesn't work with this suit very well.

I thought about maybe just soaping up the outside then slipping it off. Does anyone have any ideas or more experience than I do with this type of suit?

Hi:

Yes, i have the same suit that you have in the 3mm thickness.
I have no trouble slipping out of it ,like yourself i create a fold & pour a mixer of conditioner & water in it and it comes right off.


I also have a 5mm unlined wettie that fits a little more snuggly and not only do i pour water in the rolled up fold but also find it comes off more easier if i pour mixer of water & conditioner down through the inside of the neck.

All said for myself, the heavier neoprene material & the tight fit of the suit ,sometimes i have some problems with the upper arm pull.
It can be a pain.

And again my suit seals so good that i hardly get the top inside wet so having it stick to your skin could be a problem at take off time.

One trick i tried out recently was to lub the inside of my suit with "corn Starch" and it worked. Went on & off easy . try it.

I just using plain water and I might not be rolling the back up far enough, it is hard to reach back and do this some time. I'll try the same soap that use to put the suit on with and try to get the back rolled up alittle further and see if this helps.

Oh have you had any glued seams pull apart yet? they seemed to be glued together pretty good but I'm sure a few repairs will need to be made with use I'm sure. I just check the suit over after I take it off for any possible touch ups.

yep.... sometimes by grabbing the "beavertail" helps in pulling the back of the wetsuit up & over....but be carefull .....

plain water & shampoo would help & don't spare the water. I use alot in the rolled up part.

As for seams coming apart on my suit....no i never had any problem . It's a good made suit & fits like a custom considering it an off the rack wetti.

You might want to buy a tube of rubber cement made by picasso just in case you see a tear.

Yeah I already have a tube that I've used for my other older suits and the Glue from picasso is some really good stuff!
