polespear regulations

How about polespear regulations in European countries?
The same as for spearguns or no regulations at all and we are free to use them without any restrictions?

As far as we are concerned HERE (Jersey, GB) and the UK, I believe there are no restrictions bar their use, in freshwater and the same no shoot rules on some species.
