The list of competitions on AIDA page is always short for a lot of events (not aida fault but never mind) so it there any pool events at that time in Europe with decent conditions?

Check out the Apnea.cz competition calendar - it usually contains also numerous competitions not in the AIDA calendar, or in advance of it. Currently there are 7 competitions announced for November 2012
Good question, since it usually is in October. I'd say yes, but they normally publish their comp only two or three months in advance.
