We've got a chance to use a pool every Monday night to do some apnea training in th Madison area for anyone intersted.

I'm not talking about lap swimming as you can do that at your local pool any time you want. I'm interested in a couple of training partners to work on statics, negative pressure dives, maximum dynamic attempts and all the other stuff you need a spotter for.

Cost would be aobut $5 a session for pool rental and would be on Monday nights from 8-9 pm. This would run until early May- when we can dive the lakes instead.

Anyone interested?

Jon,

Sorry I did not respond sooner. I was in AZ last week.

I would love to participate!

However, with my large family, I do not think I could commit to every Monday night. Also, as you know, I am very new to the sport, and would need to be taught a lot.

That being said, I do have the desire to learn and progress in my abilities, and think it would be great to learn more about the sport from you. I am also CPR certified.

Hopefully, after the Holidays, more people will respond.

Gene
