I just made new pool training mainly for spearos
I keep suction cup in the middle of 50 m pool and do apnea for 25 hold the cup for some seconds then move to the end of the pool ,anyone try that ? your buddy should watch you during the rest of the 25 m

I do similar training, just I stay in the deep end (5m), swim across (25m) wait, then back again. I use a weight belt with 2,5kg just to be a bit negative, the suction cup is a good idea though.

the actual spearfishing is to do almost fix time breath up then go and every time you increase the duration or increase the depth so its O2 so why I have to train Co2 ? I usually do the Co2 as dynamic walk with the one breath technique .
