Pool training

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Like to thank evryone who replied to my last post. I'm still limited to pool training. I do my work on surface so the guard can keep track. I had them watch the youtube clips on black out and samba. I'm doing a series of 25 yd apnea kicks ,1000 yd kicks with snorlel. O2 and CO2 tables ,and long swims breathing every 5th stroke along with my swim training.
I'm going to Florida the 1st week in Jan to take a four day freediving course.so I'll learn proper technique before I pick up bad habits.
