Hello All,

I've begun posting a detailed record of my training on my website. I just started, so there's only a few weeks worth up so far. I think that it could be helpful to other beginners out there, especially if I could get some suggestions and critiques from all you old seafaring folk out there.

I'm training completely solo, and I've learned everything I know on the web, much of it on this site. I'm not planning on competing in the near future, I just want to spend more time down with the fishies (yes, I just said fishies), and maybe do some underwater photography if I ever win the lottery. If you get a moment, toss your Nuggets O' Wisdom over this way. Hopefully more than a few will benefit.

Just click on the link on the bottom. The log is under "Freediving," then categorized by month. I'll make more commentary on each session in the future, and I will continue updating every week or so.

Looks good! I will keep an eye on it. Too bad there isn't a RSS feed, so that I can automatically keep up with your updates. But maybe Trux can fix that?

Jorg, thanks for the support. I'm not really familiar with RSS feeds or Trux, but now that you've mentioned it, I'll certainly take a look at it. If my experiences are of use to people, I'll try to make it available.

If RSS feeds happen, it'll be a while. I'm figuring this all out as I go. By the way, Jorg, I found your Team Sharkbait website, and I read probably most of what you've posted. It's always nice to see what other people are doing, and you seem to be doing a fine job. Thanks for your informative posts. Best of luck to you and Sanne.

Hi, thanks for having an interest! Sanne and I just like to share our experience, in the hope some people can learn something from it, or so that other people can learn us something! ;)

Good luck with training! And keep updating!
