I know we're able to read selected Usenet newsgroups on deeperblue.net, but if I post a new message in one of these forums here, will it propagate out to the Usenet world?

The reason I ask is that I'll be spending some time in Cornwall this summer and was interested in posing a couple of questions on uk.rec.scuba about diving opportunities there (actually both scuba and freedive). I do have a newsfeed locally, but would need to set up the client if this is what's required to post to Usenet.

Or, are there any suggestions on other places to ask about diving in Cornwall? Thanks in advance for any help.
