Powerheads

In South Africa powerheads are illegal as they are classified as a fire arm. So the guys that have them make em up. Use 2 s/steel cylinders, one bored out to fit the bullet, bullets with a lip at the back works best. So your 'barrel' will fit the front diam of the bullet snugly while the back will have to be bored out to fit the lip of the bullet with a wire turn on the inside and a 'step in' for the bullet itself, same depth of the thickness of the lip. Bore the other cylinder so that it fits tighty on your speartip with a wire turn on the front to screw into the other cylinder when the bullet is in, holding it in place. When the unit is put together, pack the front end of the 'barrel' with wax, you could possibly do the same at the back but only a thin layer of dental wax perhaps before you screw in the back part, this just ads some damp protection :)
