HI guys.

i have just recieved my powerlung sport and wanted to know if you guys are experiencing any problems with yours.

My powerlung leaks air where the mouthpiece joins the actual powrlung device. Its possible to reduce the leaking a little by pushing the mouthpiece into the powerlung housing but it still leaks 'significantly'. Does anyone else have this problem, is it perhaps normal?

PS: the exhalent valve isnt blocked by the way.

Many thanks in advance for any replies :)

I have also had problems with the mouthpiece, I solved it by removing the mouthpiece and putting on a very tight o-ring then putting the mouthpiece back over it. If that does not work, keep the o-ring on and then place a plastic pull-tie (sorry i don't know the official name) on the other side of the o-ring (on the side closest to the exhale valve) and cinch it tight. That will definately solve it, the o-ring itself should be enough.
