Really easy and really tasty
Ideally use something like prawns if you can get them, or monkfish, octopus etc
Need
Need
- 500g Large Prawns
- 40g butter
- Bunch of Chopped fresh Parsely
- 3 Cloves of Garlic
- 150ml white wine
- Melt the butter in a heavy pan
- Fry the prawns untill cooked (not long)
- Add the Parsely,garlic and fry for a further 20 seconds
- Add the wine and cook untill it boils and for a few more seconds
- Serve hot with lemon wedges
