It is that time of year, everybody is back from holidays and therefore my job prospects are looking up. I am in the running for a position as a senior tehnical officer with the Maritime Safety department of the Queensland government! So if I get it I will be involved in safety and cleanliness of our waterways! I am in good stead for it apparently, my recruiting guy gave me some inside knowledge on my application, so here's hoping I get it!! Something very close to all our hearts!
