I have a few questions.. There is a pool competition in Zagreb, Croatia (19th of November). Both static and dinamics are on the same day 2-3 hours a part and that's my problem...
I plan to fast for 2-3 days to have better static, but that will deplete glycogen from my muscles and I think that's very bad for dinamics. I planed on drinking some fructose in between to rise my glycogen level but 2-3 hours are not enough to do that properly.. I've got some sugestions that I should try creatin while fasting to keep my glycogen high. Or should I just have a high carb dinner evening before?
What are your oppinions on that?
