Preparing for my first time Spearfishing (freshwater)

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
So I would still like to attach my flashlight to the gun so they both point in the same general direction but I don't know if that's going to be possible, I've got some ideas and I'll play around with it, but I don't want to run the risk of tangling the line.

Well i am as you are a ROOKIE. .I went out on my first trip all geared up... brought too much gear.. Think light.... going off tigias on wednesday.. (North of Santa Barbara ) Freeking STOKED...
